What We
Offer

01
Individual Therapy
You don't have to go through life alone. We offer a safe, non-judgemental space for you to explore the heavy stories and unhelpful ways of interacting with the world and those around you. The therapy space is collaborative and individualized for each client in order to emphasize inherent strengths and practice new ways of coping and moving through the world.

We offer both in-person and online forms of individual therapy.
02
Trauma Therapy
Your trauma doesn't define you.

Trauma effects both the mind and body. We have therapists that are trained in creating safety in the body in order to address the distress and difficult experiences you are dealing with.

Our therapists are trained in EMDR (eye movement desensitization and reprocessing). EMDR is a trauma treatment approach that uses bilateral stimulation to access deeply rooted traumatic memories and helps to release their emotional impact. EMDR can be used with children, teens, and adults.
03
Child + Teen Therapy
We are passionate in helping families experience peace and wholeness within their home and are able to offer several modalities in your healing journey such as play therapy, TF-CBT (trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy), sand tray, synergetic play therapy, and CPP (child-parent psychotherapy).

-
Play is the language of children. Play therapy is an evidence-based, developmentally appropriate treatment that aids children in processing emotions, building resilience, and learning healthy coping skills through play.

-
Sand tray is a meaningful, expressive approach to therapy that aids in processing emotions, exploring experiences, and gaining insight through creating symbolic worlds with sand. This modality works to externalize thoughts, feelings, and experiences that can be difficult to verbally express.
-
CPP is an evidence-based modality for children ages 0-5 years old that strengthens the parent-child relationship to promote healing from trauma and emotional challenges. This is done in a highly supportive and collaborative partnership to focus on building secure attachments, enhance communication, and create a sense of safety and trust for both parent and child.
